On-Boarding

We are feelin' grateful you selected us as your humble commercial artist. At this point, you've filled out our inquiry form and we have responded within 24 hours of receiving it. We'll contact you to set up a free call to discuss your project. From there, we create a project proposal including timeline, budget, deliverables, terms, etc. for you to review and approve. If you're cool with all of that, we kindly ask you to send over some images of inspiration and fill out our client questionaire, sign contract, provide deposit, and then we get work.

Time to work

Next, we spend a lot of time getting to know you and what you're trying to accomplish. For those that are nearby, we will probably come hangout at your business and see what the day to day is, and if you aren't as close by we will get to know you from a discover call we schedule after reviewing your questionaire and imagery. We'll "sketch" out" the next phase of ideas and schedule a review call to discuss favorites, we use quotes becuase sometimes these options could be pencil drawings or they could be simply renderings. From your chosen favorite, we refine those designs up to three times and then deliver your final files.

Off-Boarding

It's been fun, it's been... Again, we really appreciate the business, it keeps the bat boxes full. When we off-board you as a client on a project we accept your final payment and sign over any copyrights to you, then we send over your final project folder with files organized in specific folders with a guide on how to use your files. You'll hear from us soon to check in on how you're doing, inquire if you need anything, and ask you to leave us a testimonial. Promise, we are not a stage-5, one email follow up only.
